NEMA-CE is a stratified insulator made from fine cotton cloth and phenolic resin.
At delivery time the presentation of the sheets is as follows:
- Maximum sizes: 1020 X 2040 mm2.
- Thickness: From 0.50 mm
- Colour: Black / Natural
- Surfaces: Shining
- On demand we can deliver strips or finished components.
2. PROPERTIES AND APPLICATIONS
- Excellent mechanical properties, good moisture resistance
- High resistance to friction
- Low hygrometric degree
- High resistance to splitting
Mechanized pieces of big size for mechanical applications such as ball bearing, silent gearing for modules superior to 1.0, ball bearing caps, pulleys.
Suitable for mechanical & electrical applications, with better electric properties.
