1.Materials and application:

Phenolic cotton cloth moulded rod consisting of cotton cloth has been impregnated with phenolic resin, to be dried and cured in mould under pressure with heat and machined to form a single rod.

It is mainly used for long lasting gears, pinion, bearing, bushing and many structural applications with the advantages of quieter and more economical than metal parts in various industries.

-Good dielectric properties

-Thermal class B

3.Products grade:

-PFCC41,similar NEMA LE.(fine weave). Excellent

-PFCC42,similar NEMA CE.(heavy weave.)

-PFCC43, similar NEMA C(more heavy weave).
