Polyester Film/Polyester Fibre Non-Woven Fabric Flexible Material
 1. COMPOSITION AND PRESENTATION FW-6630A is polyester film/polyester fiber non-woven fabric flexible laminate (DMD). It is a three-layer flexible laminate in which polyester fiber non-woven fabric (D) is bonded to the two side of polyester film (M).
2. PROPERTIES AND APPLICATIONS.
FW-6630A (DMD) shows excellent electric insulating properties, heat resistance, and mechanical strength and impregnated properties. It is suitable for slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in Y-series electrical motors and electric apparatus. Heat resistance is Class B. 6630A is more flexible than 6630, it is suitable for the process of hand-work inserting slot.

Notes: The properties (mechanical strength, breakdown voltage and flexibility-stiffness) of this product are different according to the nominal thickness of the polyester film. The thickness of the polyester film or type should be identified in purchasing order or contract.
4. PACKING
The product is usually supplied in rolls. The roll weight is 50kg¡À5kg/roll, the width is 1000mm¡À10mm and the core I.D. is 76mm. It also can be supplied in forms of piece and tape. Other non-nominal thickness product can be supplied according to the requirement from the clients
