Rigid Mica Sheets, Formable
 1. COMPOSITION AND PRESENTATION
This mica sheets series are on basis of mica splitting, adhered by suitable glue to make. They are rigid mica sheet under room temperature, but can be formed to electrical insulating formable mica sheet under some temperature.
FW-5230 is alkyd resin rigid mica sheet, formable
FW-5231 is shellac rigid mica sheet, formable
FW-5235 is Alkyd resin rigid mica sheet, formable
FW-5236 is shellac rigid mica sheet, formable
FW-5250 is silicone rigid mica sheet, formable
2. PROPERTIES & APPLICATIONS
FW-5230/5231: Temperature Classification: B. With excellent electrical and machining property, and can be formed into tubes after heated. They can be used as insulation tubes, rings and other parts for all electric machines and apparatus working at 130¡æ.
FW-5235/5236: Same characters as FW-5230. It can be used as V-loop and insulating parts of engine commutator with high moving.
FW-5250: Same characters as FW-5230. Temperature classification: H. it can be used as the insulating parts of heat-resistance engine, machine and instruments, etc.
