Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminate

1. Materials and application:
FW-3028 is a stratified insulator made from cotton cloth（fine weave）and phenolic resin.
Mechanized pieces of bigsize for mechanical applications, such as: ball bearing, silent gearing for modules superior to 1.0, ball bearing caps, pulleys. It also can be used as insulating construction parts in electrical equipment.

- Excellent mechanical properties,similar 3025
- High resistance to splitting
- High resistance to friction
- Low hygrometric degree
- Excellent electrical properties, superior to that offered by FW-3025/PFCC201.
